We here at Caruso Kitchens take the current COVID19 situation very seriously. We have been closely monitoring the CDC’s recommendations for small businesses. Effective Monday, March 23rd the showroom will be closed to the public. As of right now, the closure will last until April 5th. We will reevaluate the situation and the CDC’s recommendations at that time.

Most of our office staff are working from home to reduce the number of people in the office. If necessary, please contact your designer should you require a visit to the showroom. Virtual meetings can be an option with enough notice as well. Our 3rd party delivery company is currently still accepting deliveries and delivering cabinetry to job sites. They are, however, asking to leave cabinetry in garages and will not do “in-home delivery”. We ask that you make space in your garage if you are planning on a delivery soon.

All our suppliers are currently operating at full capacity. They are staggering their shifts and have created works spaces to help with social distancing. Any factory workers that have any signs of illness are asked to stay home. We are in close contact with all our suppliers. Because of the rapidly changing situation from day to day we are trying our best to monitor any potential supply chain hiccups as a result of COVID19. Should any major changes arise we will do our best to notify you immediately.

We ask for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. We believe this will all be behind us soon. Take care of yourselves and take care of each other!
